This blouse is in stores now, and notice how it hits all the right notes with the tie front neckline and lightweight feminine material. Notice how it is also $58.00- OUCH.
I was able to score this blouse (shown above) that has a very similar look and I paired it with black pants and heels for a professional look, but it is very versatile and also looks cute worn with walking shorts, or a jeans and a blazer. The total cost of my thrift store version is $13.50 including the shoes. This is less than a quarter of the price of just one shirt at Fossil.
