I knew that on Thursday I would be a lot more healthy than Wednesday because I wasn't gone all day. Here is how everything played out...
Breakfast- pumpkin oatmeal (thanks for the recipe Paige)
2nd Breakfast ;) smart start cereal
Lunch- leftover orange chicken and potato stew
Dinner- Salmon with pecan and rosemary pesto, wild grain rice, and vegetables (green beans, summer squash, butternut squash)
Dessert- Green tea and some chocolates we just got from our friend who went to Europe
Exercise- 30 minutes on the Elliptical at the gym
