Christmas Card Reveal!

Creating our annual family Christmas card is one of our favorite most anticipated holiday traditions. I love both giving and receiving cards and there were a couple of times last week that the mail was only Christmas cards. No bills, no junk, just the fun stuff. I love checking the mail this time of year. We display all of our cards on our mantel, but since there are so few folding cards these days it is hard to figure out how to get them all to stay up there.

Next year I am going to do a ribbon around a door frame or something. If you have any ideas or links to creative ways to display your holiday cards let me know so I can be ready next year. So thanks to everyone for filling our mantel with lovely photos, messages, and blessings. As far as readers go, Lexi, Amy E., Tracy, and Hannah I loved all of your photo cards!

For those whose addresses I do not have here is my card to you...

I had the decorative bow idea before I was even pregnant and some friends of mine even joked that I planned the pregnancy around the Christmas card. That's not true, but I was glad that I got to do a maternity Christmas card. Now it's time to start planning for next years.

Yay! I think I see our card up there! :) We got yours yesterday, & I love the idea! How often are you able to do something like that?! Too bad I didn't think of it when I was expecting my little gift all those years ago! But at 8 1/2 months pregnant, I didn't WANT my picture sent out for everyone to see! ;)
