Party Photos

One idea that really spices up party photos is to have a backdrop for your photos. It can be as simple as a sheet hung on a wall. I usually have a black back drop with balloons. I have used this idea for graduation parties, costume parties and birthdays. The reason black is so great is because wrinkles and shadows won't show up in your photos. If it possible, it is nice to use a tripod and camera that stays in that place for the entire party to keep it simple. There are also a lot of different scenic back drops that are sold at party stores. The dessert scene shown below is 8x23 inches and would make a great back drop for group photos. This website shows you how it all goes together.

Here is my husband and some of his friends at a disco party.

Here is a photo of me at that same party that shows a "behind the scenes" look.

Make it your own and add to the back drop. Photos are not only great to remember the party, but they can be a fun activity at the party as well!
